Provides support and services to people suffering from Myalgic Encephalomyelitis and Fibromyalgia across Leeds & Grenville. This includes a monthly newsletter and the “Keep Moving, Keep Mobile” program – a gentle yoga and meditation program designed specifically for sufferers to maximize their muscle flexibility and to increase their stamina. They offer monthly support group meetings and guest speakers provide information on a wide range of topics pertinent to ME/FM. Resources include a variety of books, videos and audiocassettes as well as a list of professionals available to help sufferers of ME/FM.

Across Leeds & Grenville, this agency supports severely mentally ill individuals and victims of various forms of abuse through counselling, case management, life skills training, educational, vocational, social and recreational programming.
